This is Trini and Nancy Medina's 1996 Dodge Ram truck. They have had the truck about 2 years, but most of the modifications were done in the last year. To start things off, they added a Billet grille, GTS Carbon-Fiber light covers, Street Scene sport mirrors, an electric radio antenna, a PFC cowl hood, and Pearl Ghost Flames. The bed got a SnugTop bed cover and custom carpet kit, and the rear was smoothed out with a Lund roll pan and V-Tech rear tail light covers. To secure the bed and smooth out the tailgate, the rear handle was reloced inside the bed and the exterior was welded smooth.

The truck sits 2-inches lower in front and 4-inches out back thanks to Bell Tech lowering components. The plans for the future include a 4-wheel airbag system for full comfort and ride-height adjustibility. The truck rides on Concept Neeper chrome Pyro wheels. The engine received added flow thanks to a FlowMaster exhaust system and a K&N air filter.

Inside, a Rosewood dash and interior kit add some style, while a Pioneer sound system pumps out the tunes with over 500 watts, 2 amplifiers, and Lanzar 10-inch subwoofers in a custom Plexi-glass box. Everything is kept safe by an alarm system, and when the Medinas are on the road, the Escort radar detector keeps them out of trouble. Trini and Nancy promise a leather interior is on the way.

The very first show they participated in, the Medinas started their winning with one of their now many awards. The habit has become an addiction, leading the Medinas to the GoodGuy's Rod and Custom Association and also NAST, the National Association of Sport Trucks for therapy. But the Medinas seem to know what the hobby, or addiction, is all about. In their own words: "We meet many people at the events and share different ideas and suggestions to improve our 'Rides.'"
