This 1997 GMC extended-cab is owned by Robbie Ludlum of Sylacauga, Alabama. He is a member of the Fantasies On Wheels truck club. His GMC features a hard, flush-mounted bed cover which covers the custom mirrored bed. A wing was added to the rear, while fiberglass buckboards flank the sides of the truck. Painted light covers were added, front and rear, for some monochromatic style. A front air dam with lights was added and painted to match, as was a wiper/cowl cover.
Painted brake-dust shields accent the custom wheels and keep them clean. Under the hood, the paint treatment continues. A dual exhaust was bolted on for some added sound and style. The front-end got a chromed grill treatment, and a 2-color neon kit with with music flash keeps the truck exciting at night.
The sound system got a custom-made factory look-alike subwoofer box. Accents of leather and wood interior were added, and a center console holds a color TV and controls for a video player and rear vision camera. A sunroof was also added. The truck is kept safe by an alarm with all the goodies like remote window roll-up and engine start.
Robbie cruises the highways in style and has already won his fair share of shows, including a 1st place at World of Wheels. What's his secret? Keep everything exceptionally clean , even the undercarriage!
