Chandler, AZIf you consider yourself a
die-hard enthusiast, have we got an event for you. The 1999 Truckin' Nationals was a
weekend filled with trucks and fun. Participants came from all over the West, converging
at Fiberbird International Raceway in Chandler, AZ. The location provided a literal
playgound for trucks of all types and sizes. |
| If the eye candy of dazzling colors on everything from
minis to monsers to classis weren't enough, there was also plenty of high-octane fun in
the form of drag races all weekend long. Not to mention booming stereo competition, live
bands, vendor displays, monster truck rides, and much more. Considering
that this was a first annual event, we would have to say that it was a huge success. All
weekend long participants took part in events from morning show-and-sine to night drag
racing and neon glow compeition. |
