| There's
no denying that offroad trucks are gaining in popularity. But check out
the new breed of style and luxury. Dennis and Lisa's trick F-150 may be
the look of things to come. The truck has a total of 10 inches of lift
thanks to a Fabtech 7" suspension lift and 3" body lift. The
suspension also features Fabtech high performance front shocks, Rancho
RS9000 5-way adjustable shocks in the rear, and Rancho RS5000 front end
steering stabilizer. The lift allows plenty of room to clear 18"
Boss wheels and 35x12.50x18 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires. To keep the
truck moving, the gears have been changed to 4.11:1 to compensate for
the larger wheel and tire combo. The truck also has Magna Flow 3"
exhaust, with 3" tail pipe to 3.5" tip. An Airforce One intake
system can be found under the hood.
The outside of the truck has a power sliding rear window, Trenz billet grilles, Gaylord's Tonneau cover and Line-X spray-in bedliner. It also has the Mark III treatment, consisting of custom wheel flares, side moldings, and running boards, along with the Mark III Air Dam with fog lights, tail light covers, and bug guard. A polished billet fuel door was added. Once inside you'll find leather seats and console, real wood trim, wood overhead console, and husky floor liners. |
