Now that you've seen inside some custom trucks, now have a look at the rear. We're talking bed tricks.

First off, let's get something straight. A pickup bed is no longer used for hauling junk around. It's primary purpose is to house your killer custom tricks. That means your custom frame and suspension gets first priority. Your next priority is your wheels. They deserve to be tucked way up inside the fender. Take the 20-inch Budnik Trilogy II wheels on the Fullsize truck at the right for example. We estimate 40% of the wheel is covered by the fender, which is good. The body drop takes up quite a few inches of bed depth, and the custom fenderwells take even more space.

Now let's talk taillights. You've seen clear taillights. How about something different, like Black and Blue? Take a look at the above Toyota.

And you've seen shaved and re-located taillights. Now how about custom taillights with clear lenses. Now there's a custom trick we expect to see more of in the future.

And what do you do with something like your exhaust when you have the truck on the ground? Well, you give it a place to exit in the side of your bed of course. Take a look at the chrome tip in the rear fender on this S-10.
